WholeLife Counseling Center is in-network for Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health and Quest Behavioral Health,.We will be adding more insurance carriers in 2026 and will update our site when more carriers are added.

If your carrier is not on the list, we will provide a superbil for you and assist with reimbursement. All patients need to check with their insurance company on whether out-of-network behavioral/mental health services are covered, to what extent they are covered (deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, payout rates, etc.), and whether they need a referral and/or prior authorization.

If you would like additional assistance seeking reimbursement, the company, Better, is a service that can help you understand the process and improve your chances of getting reimbursed. You’ll provide a picture of your bill and they will help you submit the claim for a small portion of the reimbursement. You can find their website here: https://getbetter.com.
