2023 Slide Fee Scale

The Sliding Fee Scale is only applicable to regular session fees for Individual Counseling/Therapy.

$30,000 and under = $55 per individual session
$30,001 - $65,000 = $75 per individual session
$65,001 and up = $90 per individual session (Regular Rate)
Insurance
WholeLife Counseling Center is an Out of Network Provider for all health insurance companies, which means we can provide supporting documentation ("superbilling documents") in order for you to file a claim for reimbursement from your health insurance provider at the Out of Network rate after each session.
To find out exactly how much of the fee you will be responsible for, it is recommend to contact your insurance company to ask about reimbursement rates for Out of Network mental health treatment.

If you would like additional assistance seeking reimbursement, the company, Better, is a service that can help you understand the process and improve your chances of getting reimbursed.
