Family Counseling/Therapy

Family counseling/therapy is a method to develop and maintain healthy and functional family relationships.  The goal is to identify and address problems in the family. These issues could be emotional, psychological, or behavioral.

Couples counseling, is a type of counseling for intimate partners. It involves the exploration of any conflicts between the partners, is often short-term, and focuses on specific problems..

 Other goals of couples counseling are improving communication and interactions and strengthening relationships.

Groups

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that aims to help patients manage mental health conditions or cope with negative experiences and behaviors. Meeting other people recovering from or working through similar issues helps patients to feel that they are not alone. The goal of Group therapy is to instill hope in clients and bring people together so that they can benefit from more support throughout the session.​
