This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms for all digital and physical (traditional) products offered by WholeLife Counseling Center. Our goal is to provide clarity, fairness, and integrity in all transactions.
1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
Digital products include:

Guides
-
Worksheets
-
Trainings
-
Online courses

Audio/video downloads

PDF resources

Digital ministry materials
All digital products are non-refundable.
Because digital content is instantly accessible and cannot be “returned,” all sales of digital products are final.
Refunds will only be considered if:

A customer purchased the same item twice by accident

A technical issue prevented product access and cannot be resolved within 7 days

2. Physical (Traditional) Goods
Physical goods include:

Tangible materials shipped to the customer

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible:

Item must be unused, in original condition

Must be in original packaging

Include receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Physical Items

Items damaged by the customer

Items returned without authorization
💰 Refund Process (Physical Items Only)
Once a returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refund processing may take 3–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

We will replace the item at no cost or provide a refund
4. Exchanges (Physical Goods Only)
Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products only.
